AQ-BWP trackless flat cart needs no rail, and it can directly work on flat hard road or ground, cement floor, which adopts solid PU rubber wheel with good mobility.

Rail Transfer Cart
AQ-KPD Rail Powered Transfer Cart
AQ-KPD series rail powered flat carts can be used both on “S” and arc-shaped rails and in high temperature conditions. They can be attached with hydraulic elevator system and lifting system. The rail flat cart has strict requirement on the construction of the railways which need to be insulated.
It is not limited by the running distance, but if the running distance exceeds 70m, the users need to increase the transformers to make up the voltage which has been lowered. The rail flat cart has high safety and flexibility.

Battery Transfer Cart
AQ-KPX Battery Transfer Cart
AQ-KPX series flat carts are powered by battery, the batteries are installed inside the carts. The current is supplied to pulling motor through electric control system, winch makes the cart start, stop, move forward, move backward, turn around, change speed, etc. The components of battery transfer cart consist of frame, wheel, motor, power, electrical control cabinet, wireless remote controller, battery charger, a burglar alarm and buffer etc.
The battery transfer flat carts are suitable to be used for the long distance transportation and low using frequency. The battery needs maintenance once a regular time. The lifetime of the batteries is about 2.5 years.

AQ-KPJ series railways transfer carts are powered by the cable reel. This series flat carts are suitable to be uses in the harsh environment, like high-temperature and anti-explosion conditions. The load capacity of this type of transfer cart is not limited and can be used frequently.
With the simple structure and ideal price, the railway flat cart is more often used to transfer materials from one workshop to another as required.
