The product range of cranes is very wide, and the size varies greatly. Export equipment is usually shipped by sea. The packing of the products is required to meet the shipping requirements.

If the size of the component is small, it can be transported in a container, if the size of the component is large, it needs to be transported in naked bulk (whole ship or carry).

The anti-corrosion conditions in the container should be good, and the effects of salt spray, rain, snow, and sunlight should be considered when the deck is naked.

The packaging should be able to withstand the accidental conditions of bumps, rolls and even drops during general loading and unloading.

FAQ

How do you solve the shipment issue if the crane main girder is too long?

If the crane main girder is more than 11meters, we will cut it into 2-3 pieces to fit container to meet the shipment requirements.

The cut program is provided by AICRANE professional engineer, and the cutting point is connected by flange and high-strength bolts. We will provide these accessories together. Client could make the connection by themselves as per the drawing we provide.

How long is your delivery time generally?

Generally, crane delivery time is 20 to 40 working days, electric hoist lead time is 15 working days, jib crane is about 20 working days.

The delivery time will be longer if the product is specially customized.

What about the crane’s packing?

The steel structure part is packaged with water-proof color cloth, the electric cabinet and accessories are packaged in standard export wooden boxes. For destination countries who have special requirements for LCL shipment, the steel structure can also be packaged in wooden boxes, but additional charges are required.
