The client’s requirement is to lift and repair the crushing equipment, but it is necessary to cover up the original simple shed and expand the operating area. Mr. Luis told us he needed a double girder overhead crane to lift and transfer the crushing machines for maintenance during our first communication.

After knowing well about the customer’s requirements, we provided timely overall solutions – double girder overhead crane and steel structure workshop. We agreed with the customer on video conferences, discussed container loading and installation as well as after-sales issues.

After the video meeting, we confirmed the cooperation through email. In the initial proposal, the steel structure was designed to supported a 30 ton double girder overhead crane. We provide both NLH European type overhead crane and QD type double girder crane designs for the customer to consider and make the comparison.

Upon learning that the customer needed to add another bridge crane later on, adjustments were made to the size of the steel structure’s columns and supporting beams to meet the new requirements.

Mr. Luis confirmed the second version of the solution after the video conference, and after discussing it with the internal management of the company, he finally purchased one Aicrane AQ-NLH type 30 ton double beam bridge crane and the steel structure for the entire factory building.

The AQ-NLH type crane is our European standard double girder crane which has high quality, maintenance-free design, good work performance and long service life. Furthermore, we have much experience in steel structure design and manufacturing, and we have cooperative clients in Chile who purchased workshop steel structure parts from us, which makes the client trust us more and make the final choice.

After receiving the customer’s advance payment, the steel structure and overhead crane production was completed within 45 days according to the time agreed in the contract. During the production, our customer service regularly updated the production progress for the client with pictures and videos, which made the client very satisfied with our timely service.

We have a dedicated shipment department responsible for the equipment delivery and providing customs clearance documents and other related materias. After finishing the production, we contacted with the customer’s designated freight forwarder to confirm the transportation, and the overhead crane equipment and steel structure parts were shipped by sea and arrived at the customer’s site smoothly on schedule.

Now the overhead crane 30 ton has been completely installed and commissioned at the maitenance workshop, and the foundation installation of the steel structure has also been completed with our guidance. The 30ton double girder crane travels smoothly and transfers the heavy crushing equipment from one work place to another safely and efficiently.
