Description of Single Girder Overhead Crane Characteristics
AQ-LD type single girder overhead crane: The structure of this overhead crane is simple and the purchase cost is relatively low. It must be used together with the electric hoists. Generally, the lifting capacity is 0.5 ~ 20t, the span is 7.5 ~ 31.5m, the working level is A3, and the working environment temperature is – 20°C ~ 40°C. It is widely used in factories, warehouses, machining workshops, maintenance workshops and other places. Its operation modes include ground wired handle, ground wireless remote control, cab operation and the combination of two operation modes. Because of its low working level, it can not be used in places with large lifting capacity and frequent work.
AQ-LDY single girder crane: The crane is mainly used to lift molten metal in metallurgy and casting places, with simple structure and low purchase cost. The supporting lifting mechanism is YH type metallurgical electric hoist. Generally, the lifting capacity is ≤ 10 tons, the span is 7.5 ~ 31.5m, the working level is A6, and the working environment temperature is – 20°C ~ 60°C. The operation mode is mainly cab operation and ground wireless remote control.
AQ-LX single girder suspension crane: The underhung crane is used together with electric hoist, with simple structure and low cost. The top of the plant must be equipped with a running track. Generally, the lifting capacity is 0.5-10 tons, the span is 7.5-16 m, the working level is A3, and the working environment temperature is – 20°C-40°C. Mainly used in machining, assembly and warehouse. The operation mode includes ground wired handle and ground wireless remote control.
AQ-LDP electric single girder crane: This type of crane belongs to low clearance single girder crane. The electric hoist is located on one side of the main beam, increasing the lifting height of the hook. Generally, the lifting capacity is 1-16T, the span is 7.5-22.5m, the working level is A3, and the working environment temperature is – 20°C-40°C. The operation mode includes ground wired handle and ground wireless remote control.
